With repairs made to the Ken Combs Pier in Gulfport, fisherman can once again spend Sunday afternoons fishing. This was taken November 26, 2006 around noon.
I moved away from the coast a few months ago. They were still in the process of repairing that pier I think. It's a breath of fresh air to see it finally repairs.
It's good to see some of the things we took for granted coming back. I'll post pictures of urie Pier once it's finished. Gulfport has some good ideas for the Jones Park and the Marina.

It is good to see more things coming back and the Urie Pier repairs are supposed to be finished in January!!
