Suspended

Photoshop can be a lot of fun. The original shot is of some debris caught on the pilings leading to the Biloxi Bay Bridge.

In Between Storms

There were thunderstorms Monday. I went to Moses Pier in Gulfport and the sun came out for about 30 minutes before the next storm rolled in.

Fun With Photoshop

Below is the original photo I took of the shrimp boat Charlotte. There have not been any enhancements or alterations. I liked it but wanted to try out some things in Photoshop.

I first used the watercolor feature and it was so so. Then I converted it to black and white.

I prefer the bottom one. Which do you prefer?

River Mikvah

These are pictures I took of the Pascagoula River on the way to spot where the final step of my conversion to Judaism took place.

View through the bow:

Water skiers!

A secluded and peaceful spot was found.

On the way back, I spied these restful scenes. The Spanish moss is coming back after Hurricane Katrina.

There were little coves all along the river.
