I took this while waiting for the traffic light to change. It is exciting to see that some of the buildings in downtown Gulfport are starting to be renovated and repaired after Hurricane Katrina. The Mississippi Development Authority is wisely using block grant money to help save these buildings. Many are 100 years or older.
