This is the view from the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor looking toward Highway 90. The security fence is gone. One of the ubiquitous FEMA trailers can be glimpsed. Before Hurricane Katrina struck, you would have been able to see the houses in the background. Hurricane Katrina mowed down the houses that used to be there.
