Sheepshead

Place the fillets in a cheese cloth and cook in crab boil. Makes a great faux crab meat for dips and salads.

Thanks for the tip. I don't like to eat sheepshead because of all the bones. But making into a dip like that sounds interesting. I'll have to try it out.
